NEW AFFORDABLE HOMES NOW AVAILABLE IN EAST ASHEVILLE: STAR POINT BEGINS LEASING
Mountain Housing Opportunities is nearing completion of Star Point, a 60-unit affordable housing community located off Tunnel Road at 16 Restaurant Court in Asheville, North Carolina. Star Point will provide housing for renters earning up to 60% of the area’s median income, offering a mix of efficiency, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. Twelve units have been set aside for young adults aging out of foster care, a group particularly vulnerable to housing instability and homelessness.
Tentatively slated to open in May 2026, Star Point is now leasing all available units. All of MHO’s affordable properties are proudly managed by Partnership Property Management (PPM).
