Star Point is a perfect location for an affordable multifamily community. The site is very conveniently located just off of Tunnel Road, east Asheville’s primary commercial corridor. The site is walkable to many nearby retail shops, jobs, hotels, and services, including 2 grocery stores, several restaurants, and the Asheville Mall. The site is well-served by transit, with eastbound and westbound bus stops both located within 1/10th of a mile. 

Star Point will include 60 total apartments, comprised of efficiency, 1-bed, and 2-bed units. This community will serve renters earning from below 30% to 60% of the area median income. Working in close coordination with area service providers, we plan to include a subset of 12 units available to young adults aging out of foster care, a vulnerable population particularly at-risk of homelessness.
