Tucked into the rolling hills west of Asheville, the neighborhood features quality, energy-efficient homes with solar panel systems, covered front porches, and mountain and valley views.
Leicester is known for its rolling farmland, mountain scenery, and close-knit community feel. Overlook Circle offers residents a quieter alternative to city living while remaining a short drive from downtown Asheville. Through MHO’s Self-Help Homeownership Program, hardworking families helped build their own homes while gaining an affordable path to homeownership in Buncombe County.
