
Mountain Housing Opportunities welcomes Liz Booth to the organization as its new Asset Manager. Booth brings more than 30 years of program administration at various tiers of government, human services, and education to her new role. She will be responsible for the long-term ownership interest in a strong portfolio of affordable apartment communities and commercial developments.
Most recently, Booth was Resident Manager of Reese Village Apartments in San Diego, California. She has extensive experience in program and project direction, management, and business development. Her strengths and accomplishments include a wide variety of housing, development, and compliance consulting.
“I am excited to have Liz join MHO’s team as our Asset Manager”, said James Dennis, VP and Director of Asset Management. “She has a rich background of community development, project management, and civic interests that will benefit MHO and our residents.”
Booth has served on the San Diego Housing Commission, the San Diego Humane Society, and the Amos Butler Audubon Society. She has a keen interest in Raptor Care and is an Indiana Master Naturalist. Booth holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Purdue University and has also attended the Indiana University Law School.
