Mountain Housing Opportunities (MHO) is pleased to announce the hiring of two professional employees who will help lead the expansion of affordable housing in Western North Carolina.

Aaron Green, Assoc. AIA, resident of WNC, joined Mountain Housing Opportunities in August as an Enterprise Rose Architectural Fellow.  A recent graduate of Clemson University Graduate School of Architecture, Aaron’s fellowship will focus on the intersection of health and housing.  He hopes through his fellowship to assist MHO in developing new partnerships and approaches as they expand their network across WNC.

Adeline Wolfe started in October with Mountain Housing Opportunities, as a Real Estate Developer. Adeline was formerly with Enterprise Community Partners’ Gulf Coast Office and has her Masters in Sustainable Real Estate and Preservation Studies from Tulane University. Adeline has asset management experience and has also created historic tax credit applications for project financing.

“We are excited to welcome Aaron and Adeline to our real estate development team,” said MHO Executive Director Scott Dedman. “The need for affordable housing is more important than ever after many months of financial uncertainty for families experiencing a global pandemic. We know that Aaron and Adeline will bring innovative ideas to our established programs and will help MHO serve more people in better ways.”
