In 1993, MHO became a registered Community Housing Development Organization and embarked on developing River Glen, our first affordable apartment community, which opened in 1998. Since then, MHO has collaborated with Partnership Property Management (PPM), a full-service property management firm committed to providing high-quality living spaces and fostering a sense of home for our residents. Founded in 1939, PPM has been involved in affordable housing since 1960 and with MHO since 1998, where we’ve developed more than 18 rental properties, with PPM joining as the property management partner. Additionally, PPM has won the USDA National Site Managers of the Year Award 12 times, and the Southeastern Affordable Housing Management Association Awards 3 times. They have won state and local rural development awards over 50 times in the past 40 years.
