Mountain Housing Opportunities celebrated the start of construction on our newest affordable multifamily community in Arden, NC!
MHO celebrated the start of construction for Lakeshore Villas, our newest affordable apartment community! Lakeshore Villas is a 120-unit affordable housing community located in Arden, North Carolina, which will be constructed on a seven-acre site near Lake Julian, at the intersection of Heywood and Hendersonville Roads, providing housing for families in the South Asheville area. Lakeshore Villas will feature 35 one-bedroom, 64 two-bedroom, and 21 three-bedroom units across three separate buildings. This new affordable community will service individuals and families earning up to 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
