Compass Park

Compass Park is a completed neighborhood of 15 single-family homes in Weaverville, NC, finished in 2015. Built through a combination of two homeownership pathways to bring more affordable options to the Weaverville community.

Twelve of the homes were built through MHO’s Self-Help Homeownership program, the remaining three homes were offered through MHO’s Turn-Key Homeownership program, giving qualifying families an affordable path to homeownership without a construction requirement.

Weaverville’s growing arts scene and weekly farmers market give residents a strong sense of community, the same spirit reflected in a neighborhood where families built many of these homes side by side.
