The Larchmont
The Larchmont is MHO's next proposed apartment community. On March 3, 2010 Mountain Housing Opportunities presented its proposal to the Asheville Planning and Zoning Commission. All details of the proposal were outlined including renderings, site plans, civil engineering plans, landscape plans, and architectural plans. MHO gave detailed answers to many of the questions regarding traffic, density, and other issues. All present were given the chance to speak on the proposal. Asheville City Council reviewed MHO's proposal at their regular meeting on March 23, 2010. They unanimously approved rezoning for the site.
